I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all my family members, wonderful patients, colleagues, and co-workers for their unwavering support and trust, which have helped me reach 17 years in business.
A special thank you goes out to Jen Hauver (my assistant), Janelle Guerrero (biller), Roni Jacobs (bookkeeper), Kaira Jorgensen, EaMP, LaC, Rob Martinez, DC, ND, and Victor with Reliable Receptionist.
Each year, as I renew my license, I find myself reflecting on the journey.
Seventeen years in practice means I've had the privilege of seeing many patients over time.
I've watched kids grow up, teens go off to college, adults become parents, parents become grandparents, and even witnessed patients move on to the next stage of life.
My business has weathered many storms—several recessions, relocations, personal tragedies, pandemics, and more.
I don't claim to have any magic secrets except for hard work persistence, and really caring. I recognize how rare it is to be a small business owner today. It has always suited my independent nature and my desire to take the road less traveled, though it has required significant sacrifices.
There have been few vacations, time away from family, and the constant pressure to manage everything. The greatest sacrifice, however, has been made by my wife, Amy. She has continued to believe in what we set out to build as newlyweds back in 2000 when we embarked on dual careers as a psychotherapist and a naturopathic physician.
We were driven by the ideals of using our natural abilities to help others, yet we both became business owners as well!
In return, I have had the most meaningful experiences with my patients, witnessing improved health and healing repeatedly. I have experienced the full spectrum of human experiences, sharing in both joy and sorrow with my patients.
I am energized to continue for many more years. With G-d's blessing of good health and fortune, I hope to follow in my Papa's footsteps and work for most of my life.
Thank you for the support you've given me—it has been deeply appreciated.
Over the years, you may have noticed that I've become more involved in writing, podcasting, teaching classes, and engaging in activities beyond the clinic.
Why? Because I love learning and making connections—whether with people or between concepts. This medium allows me to do that.
Additionally, much of the world now receives information through social media, and to be effective, one has to participate in that space. I strive to be a beacon of clarity and reliable information in a sea of misinformation.
So far, my clinical practice and educational teachings have provided many with the answers they need.
Please consider supporting my business in the following ways:
Referrals: While I have limited space available, I appreciate your referrals. They are the cornerstone of my practice, so please keep them coming. However, be aware that I am currently quite full and may not be able to accept all patients. Any patient will need a meet and greet visit first by going to www.soundintegrative.com and clicking on schedule a discovery call.

In the new world, these modalities are a sign of currency or support whether we like it or not.
It is not going to change and needed for the small business to survive.
I love being your provider and educator and hope to continue the momentum , provide return on your health investment, and be a trusted part of your life.
Thank you,
Adam Rinde, ND
